These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the interior design, modular and turnkey execution services offered by Araona Studio. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services may include design consultation, space planning, drawings, material and product selection, modular manufacturing, site execution and handover, as described in the proposal or work order agreed with you.

Initial consultations are for understanding your requirement, budget and timeline. Any estimate shared at this stage is indicative and subject to final measurements, selections and site conditions.

Concepts, layouts, 3D views and working drawings are prepared for your project only. They remain valid subject to the agreed scope and are revised as set out in the Changes & Revisions section.

You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, site access, statutory permissions from your building or society, and utilities such as power and water during execution.

Final pricing is based on actual site measurements and conditions. Structural, civil, plumbing or electrical issues discovered on site may affect scope, cost and timeline.

Materials, finishes, hardware and appliances are supplied as per the approved selection. Natural materials may vary slightly in shade, grain and texture; brand warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Prices, taxes and the payment schedule are as stated in your quotation or work order. Work proceeds against the agreed milestone payments; delayed payments may delay the project schedule.

Timelines are estimated from the date of design freeze and receipt of the applicable advance. Delays caused by approvals, selections, site readiness or events beyond our control extend the schedule accordingly.

Revisions within the agreed scope are accommodated as stated in your proposal. Changes after design freeze may be charged separately and may affect the timeline.

Where third-party vendors, contractors or service providers are engaged, their products and services are governed by their own terms and warranties.

All designs, drawings, renders, photographs and website content remain the intellectual property of Araona Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Araona Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the services actually paid for by you.

Cancellation terms, deductions for work already executed and refunds (if any) are governed by the quotation or work order signed with you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies to your use of the site and services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction at our place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
